Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. When she was 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the oldest IFBB Pro. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her education at college. In 2015, she continued her journey from the previous year by competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals every year. By the time 2009 ended, she had won four additional fitness titles. Also, year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros in history. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could finish her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. They placed her third at the contest. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and was crowned sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she did not have any expectations. Her satisfaction was high by her performance. Ariel competed against some of the most top athletes. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel loves working out your lower back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The warm-up is done prior to moving onto sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. The supersetting of all exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
